A standing seam metal roof is a premium roof system. Initially, a standing seam metal roof will cost more than an asphalt shingle roof. However, asphalt shingle roof systems typically require replacement 2-3 times throughout the life of a home whereas metal roofs do not need replacement.
There are several different types of standing seam roofs, some of them are double-lock, snap-loc and exposed fastener. It is our opinion that the double lock standing seam metal roof is superior to the other types. A double lock standing seam metal roof has concealed fasteners, individual panels are mechanically seamed together. The concealed fasteners provides a maintenance free roof while the mechanical seams insure a watertight roof.
The metal used to manufacture these types of roofs comes in three gauges 24, 26 and 29 with 24 being the thickest. We only use 24 guage material unless requested otherwise.

We work with builders, owners, roof consultants, and architects to find the best roof system to fit each individual unique design and specifications at the most affordable price.
No one says it better than our satisfied and grateful clients and builders. Read what they have to say by clicking the Read Reviews button below to enter our Testimonials Vault.
