Quality Roofing participated in the 27th Annual Tom Landry Memorial Open Golf Tournament earlier this year. Coach Tom Landry started the golf tournament in 1986 as a way to help raise funds for the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) program in the Austin area. By 1990 the tournament had raised enough funds to hire the first Area Director, Reagan Lambert, and the work of FCA in the Austin region has grown. This year the event was held at Escondido Golf and Lake Club, designed by Tom Fazio, and one of the top private golf courses in Texas.

Quality Roofing at the Tom Landry Memorial Open Golf TournamentDear Joseph & Tyler,

The 27th Annual Tom Landry Memorial FCA Tournament was the best yet.

The move to Escondido not only allowed us to play one of the premier courses in Texas, but it allowed the tournament to be played, period. Rain in the Austin area over the weekend leading up to October 14th would have cancelled the tournament had it been held again at the Onion Creek Country Club.

This was God?s plan for the Tournament all the time and He answered our prayers for no rain, great cloud cover and a beautiful course that was playable.

Many thanks to each of you who played and continue to support the work of FCA on 100+ campuses across the Austin/Central Texas/Hill Country area. Over 3,ooo students, athletes and coaches are impacted each week with the life changing message of Christ Thank you also to Glenn Lee, Brandon Dixon and the entire staff at Escondido.

Please know how much you are appreciated!
